Our Leaders
Pastor Robert and Lady Nakesha Fleming are the dedicated senior leaders of Good Shepherd Church, a flourishing church community located in the heart of Pontotoc, MS. The Fleming's dedication to their family is evident as loving parents to two beautiful daughters: Zoey Maryah and Judah Shirí.
Pastor Robert is a charismatic and dynamic gospel preacher, who carries a heart for leading people into the presence of God through worship and the word of God. To the Good Shepherd Family, Pastor Robert is affectionally known as "Pastor Rob." charismatic and intellectually engaging speaker, captivating his congregation with insightful sermons that challenge and inspire.
As a higher education professional, he seamlessly blends academic rigor with spiritual depth, guiding his community with both wisdom and passion.
Lady Nakesha is the leading lady of the Good Shepherd Family, known for her powerful speaking that inspires and uplifts her community. To the Good Shepherd Family, she is affectionally known as "Lady K." She is a compassionate and dynamic leader who speaks with grace and wisdom, offering spiritual guidance to the body of Christ. As a mental health clinician, she skillfully bridges the gap between faith and mental well-being, empowering individuals to find healing and hope in both their spiritual and emotional lives.
Through God's divine will and timing the Fleming’s succeded Superintendent Robert and Evangelist Shirley Fleming, as the leaders of Good Shepherd. Building on the foundation laid by their predecessors, Pastor Rob and Lady Nakesha are commited to leading and devleoping the people of God in wisdom, love, and integrity. ​
